Engaging with External Companies and Entities

At Mustafa Al-Aameri Public Relations Management L.L.C, we are committed to upholding the legal and professional standards enforced within the United Arab Emirates. All collaborations and business partnerships are exclusively conducted with companies and institutions that are legally registered and licensed within the UAE or their respective countries.

Collaboration Requirements:
   •    All companies seeking to engage with us must hold a valid and active trade license issued by the relevant authorities.
   •    A valid and updated Tax Registration Number (TRN) must be provided, demonstrating registration with the appropriate tax authorities.
   •    For entities based outside the UAE, a certified commercial registration document must be submitted, along with evidence of lawful business operations in their country of incorporation.

Verification Procedures:
   •    Our company reserves the full right to request official documentation from any entity prior to entering into any agreement or collaboration.
   •    We will verify the legitimacy of any company’s registration and licensing status through the appropriate legal channels before initiating any contractual or service relationship.
   •    We will not engage with any unregistered, unverified, or unidentified entities.

These measures are in place to protect the interests of our company, our clients, and our partners, and to ensure strict adherence to the highest legal and ethical standards in all of our business dealings.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination of discussions or agreements, without any obligation or liability on our part.
